Prepare emulator

Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

What is "Imitation × Hero"? The protagonist wakes up in a carriage and arrives at Logiaclus's first adventurer training institution—the "Academy." Due to unseasonably bad weather delaying the carriage, a full month has passed since the opening ceremony. He harbors a "certain purpose" deep in his heart, and to achieve it, he chooses to become an adventurer and enrolls in the academy. The one who receives his late arrival is his homeroom teacher, the mage of the great hero's party—Elenoa. Facing her, who is beautiful and renowned, the protagonist does not feel elated but instead casts a sharp gaze. What exactly is he seeking in this academy, and what waves will he stir? A hero's tale full of fakes begins now.
