No iOS version here. Download the PC package (.7z) and run it with an emulator

Prepare emulator

Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

"Defend the King" is an action auto-battler that blends in Roguelike elements. Assemble your party, set out on a journey, explore different lands, and fight fierce battles against the dreadful king and his deadly army. Use the loot you gain to recruit and strengthen powerful heroes... or that bard.
Features:
- Adventure Kingdom: Command 33 heroes, wield over 100 pieces of equipment, and challenge epic bosses across 5 regions
- PvP Mode: Compete against other players in a separate mode for weekly rankings
- Action Auto-Battler: Heroes fight automatically, but you control the team's positioning!
- Heroes: Build a team of 4 powerful heroes with distinct styles and leverage their synergy, leveling them up to unlock powerful skills.
- Loot: Use rewards from defeating enemies to upgrade your heroes and buy legendary equipment. Arm them to the teeth so they can gain the upper hand in future challenges!
- Bosses: At the end of each region, face an epic showdown with that region's ruler! This will be the ultimate test of your team's strength and tactics.
- Replayability: Each region is carefully designed to be replayable on its own, and each has unique enemies and mechanics.
- Endless Mode: You can challenge all regions with ever-increasing difficulty.
- Role-Playing: On your adventure, you'll encounter non-combat situations. Each hero solves problems in their own way, accompanied by a short story recounting what happened and how it turned out.
- Difficulty: Choose the difficulty that suits you, and add or remove modifiers to make the experience relaxing or extremely challenging!
- Music: Our bard Tad composed an amazing original soundtrack! Unfortunately, the bard in the game is Enzo, a complete fraud whose only skill is causing trouble!
