Following the events of The Dark Detective, McQueen must now rescue his old friend Officer Dooley—usually at his side (whether in heart or not, their bodies are always inseparable)—from the Dark Realm, and return to what the two do best: investigating the city's many strange, supernatural, and always absurd incidents.
