Ren'Py → Spark(no unzipping) RPG Maker → RPGViewer(unzipping required)

Prepare emulator

Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

【Game Introduction】
A totalitarian state controls every aspect of people's lives, public and private alike. The laws are harsh, surveillance is everywhere, and citizens have no privacy at all. As the manager the state has planted in an apartment building, your daily job is to run the place well and turn it into a warm home for the tenants who come and go.
But in truth, all of this is just a cover for your real mission.
The state has assigned you to monitor the tenants' every move! Your top priority is to secretly watch the tenants and eavesdrop on their conversations. You must break into their rooms while they are out, search for any trace that could threaten the state's authority, and report it to your superiors. If there are lawbreakers or dangerous elements plotting to undermine the nation's stability, you must report them too.
Everything a watcher does is really just one choice after another — choices of the utmost importance!
What will you do with the information you gather? If you hold intelligence on a father, will you report him to your superiors and let his child become an abandoned infant? Or will you show mercy and give him a chance to mend his ways? Or will you seize the opportunity and extort a payoff?
