Explore many unique, story-filled islands and travel through various biomes and themed regions: fight ghost ships in haunted waters, and hold off giant spiders on Spider Island. There are also areas filled with poison gas, icebergs, cannibals, and more dangers waiting for you.
Fight fiercely against enemy ships, fortresses, and sea monsters, using your strongest strategic firepower to suppress the enemy and win by wits. Weather and environmental conditions also affect your battles: raging waves, thunder and lightning, volcanic eruptions, and blizzards are just the tip of the iceberg. Experience multiple stories, including a main story about overthrowing a Cthulhu-style cult and a free mode about rebuilding your ancestral legacy. The game also includes short stories, such as a campaign to rescue your sister, known as the "Sword of the Church." In this story, you play as one of your father's many children, steadily rising in status within the family until you obtain the ultimate weapon: the Kraken.
