Launch rescue operations on an unprecedented scale. This is the sequel to the award-winning 911 Operator, and players will take action on many levels, both large and small. You can protect a small community, or coordinate the work of several operators in the world's largest metropolis. You can choose your play area from over 100,000 regions, including all kinds of urban districts, cities and counties, and thousands of real cities around the world.

Face an unpredictable weather system designed based on real historical data. Various events will also change according to day and night cycles, traffic congestion, and seasonal shifts. Pay special attention to extreme conditions that can trigger various natural disasters, and do your utmost to put out fires that can sweep across the entire map.
