Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

Ding! Host Xiaren, welcome back to the Fishing World.
2.5D isometric view, left bank and right water. Move freely along the lake shore to choose your fishing spot.
After a bite, control the reel with the joystick; hooking a big fish (≥10kg) triggers a tension charge mechanic—if the line stretches to its limit it snaps and the fish escapes, so you must wear down the fish's stamina before the line breaks.
Casting techniques consume stamina; normal fishing doesn't. Base stamina is 300 points, with different caps per character—the higher the "Endurance," the more you have. Out of stamina? Have some shredded pork with garlic sauce and you're back to full.
Catching fish grants EXP and coins; leveling up unlocks 20 new maps, from "Reservoir" to "Legendary Pond"; rods upgrade from bamboo pole, to the threaded steel rod your ex gave you, to sea rods, competition rods, all the way to the Legendary Golden Scale Rod.
Reaching level requirements unlocks casting skills, such as "Vehicle"—doubles reel speed, especially effective against big catches. Each use costs stamina and has a cooldown.
