Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

INUA - A STORY IN ICE AND TIME GAME
A mysterious game set in the far north of Canada
Embark on a mysterious journey to the far north of Canada with Inua: A Story in Ice and Time, a point-and-click narrative adventure spanning multiple eras.
Meet Taïna, a modern-day journalist determined to uncover the truth behind the disappearance of the Terror, a ship of the Franklin expedition whose goal was to explore the Arctic in the 19th century. Her fate is mysteriously intertwined with that of Peter, a young filmmaker reporting on a 1950s military expedition, and Simon, a sailor of the Franklin expedition struggling to keep the crew alive.

Travel through time and discover what connects them. Find ideas, plant them in the characters' minds, and guide them toward Nanurluk, the mythical polar bear who lived ten thousand years ago.

A mysterious time-travel experience
Adventure through the far north of Canada, crossing eras and interacting with the past to change the present. In Inua, you must unravel space and time to solve the mystery and guide the characters on their journey. Move from one scene to another, from one era to the next, uncover past events, and unearth new ideas that influence the characters' thoughts. Help Simon, Peter, and Taïna overcome obstacles and change the course of history.

A historical legend
Inua's original supernatural setting is based on a very real story: the Franklin expedition, a 19th-century British mission to explore the Arctic that led to shipwreck, disease, and mutiny. The fate of this expedition remains largely unknown. Gather clues and discover its history!
