Prepare emulator

Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

Chronicles of the Watcher is a 2D action-adventure game in a dark dungeon style, set in a hellish world teeming with skeleton monsters. In the game, players take on the role of a knight who ventures deep into hell to battle numerous demons, wiping out every enemy that blocks the way and defeating powerful bosses across the land. The game's progression is non-linear, with no fixed order to follow—players can freely choose to learn magic, level up their character, and complete challenges entirely as they wish.
