■Story
At the millennium celebration of the founding of the Kingdom of Guardia, in a corner of "Leene Square," a boy named Crono happens to meet a girl named Marle.
The two stroll through the festival, when suddenly they see Crono's childhood friend Lucca, who is demonstrating her invented matter-transport device, the "Telepod."
However, the Telepod suddenly goes out of control, sweeping Marle—who stepped onto the experimental platform out of curiosity—away and vanishing into a dimensional hole.
Crono picks up the pendant Marle left behind and jumps into the dimensional hole after her, only to find himself in a world 400 years in the past...

■Features
・Active Time Battle Ver.2
In battle, as time passes and a character's energy gauge fills, you can input commands.
Enemy positions also change constantly, so choose your actions according to the situation.

・Combo Skills
In battle, each character can use various special abilities and magic known as "skills."
Furthermore, by combining characters' skills, you can use over 50 "2-person techs," "3-person techs," and other combo skills.

・New Dungeons
Two new dungeons have been added! They are the "Dimensional Vortex," a dungeon whose shape changes each time you enter, and the "Lost Sanctum," a special dungeon where you can complete various quests.

・Graphics and Sound
While preserving the atmosphere of the original, the graphics have been updated to be more vibrant. Clarity has also been improved.
The music has been re-recorded in its entirety under the supervision of composer Yasunori Mitsuda.

・Comfortable Controls
The controls have been fully updated, making the game even easier to pick up and play.

・Auto-Save
