Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

"Children of Morta" is a story-driven action RPG with Roguelite character progression, where you play not as a single character but as an entire extraordinary family of heroes.
Slash through hordes of enemies in procedurally generated dungeons, caves, and lands, and lead the Bergson family—with all their flaws and virtues—against the encroaching Corruption. The story takes place in a distant land, yet it touches on themes and emotions we all share: love and hope, longing and uncertainty, ultimate loss... and the sacrifices we are willing to make to save those we care about most.
At its core, this is a story about a family of heroes standing together against the forces of darkness.
