In Road to Glory, you become the sporting director who decides the fate of a football club. Through fast card-based choices, you must face absurd situations, internal conflicts, media pressure, and high-stakes transfers. In each scenario you have only two options, but every choice leaves a mark. Swipe left or right and watch your story rise to glory... or collapse.

Find the perfect balance
Every decision directly affects the club's four pillars: finances, fans, the locker room, and the board. Neglecting any one of them can trigger a chain reaction that loses everything; keeping harmony among them is the key to moving forward. It's not about making the perfect decision, but about surviving the consequences of your decisions.

Build relationships with the club's key figures
Here, you're not just managing a club—you're building relationships with important characters who each have their own storylines. Your decisions may bring you closer to them, push them away, or spark conflicts that completely change the direction of each story. As relationships improve or deteriorate, different routes, exclusive storylines, and vastly different endings will unlock. The club president, the press officer, the team captain, even your partner—these characters may ultimately become your allies, your troubles, or people who affect your career in unexpected ways.

Complete missions and objectives
Simply surviving day to day is far from enough: you must complete season objectives, tackle special missions, and make decisions that determine the club's long-term direction. Every choice defines your path and brings new opportunities or problems. There is never just one road to success—every playthrough weaves a completely different story.
