This Brothel Doesn't Need Succubi
Game synopsis
"I want you to determine whether the girls who come in for interviews are human."
News reports describe a string of cases in urban areas, mostly among men in their 20s to 40s, of severe unexplained weakness and loss of consciousness. The victims share several things in common, and every one of those commonalities brings to mind a "succubus," so rumors spread: could a being from fantasy—a succubus—be attacking men?
In the sex-service industry, more and more customers fear having their life force drained by a succubus lurking somewhere unseen, and business keeps declining. At this rate the trade can't go on... The women, too, face increasingly harsh scrutiny from the outside world, and some can no longer even hold down an ordinary job.
In this modern society shrouded in inexplicable unease, the protagonist becomes a scout for sex workers, tasked with determining whether the women who come in for interviews are succubi. The way to identify a succubus is a physical examination. According to a certain piece of information, succubi look exactly like humans but seem to share certain physical characteristics... That being the case, a physical examination is unavoidable.
Can the protagonist survive in this modern society before being drained dry by a succubus?
