The Lover Held by Another Man ~Pierced by Another's Cock~
Game synopsis
Kazuya Harufuji has a girlfriend named Miho Ichinose.
The two grew up together in a rural countryside town,
but Kazuya, who disliked the place, got into a university in the city, and now they're in a long-distance relationship.
He had dreamed that once he could earn enough to support himself, he would take Miho away from here and they would live together.
However, when he returned home during a university break, the old man who had been looking after Miho ever since her parents died—and who was also the leader of this region—proposed giving his status and fortune to Miho's husband.
But the method for that was an old custom passed down in this region since ancient times—
To test her fertility, Miho was to be taken by two candidate men, and then she would choose one of them.
Kazuya was named as one of those men.
But that meant Miho would also be taken by another unfamiliar man, so naturally Kazuya strongly objected.
Yet Miho didn't want to cause a dispute by defying the old man who had cared for her.
So she suggested colluding with the other man and pretending the old custom had already been carried out.
Of course, nothing would actually happen, and in the end they would make it look like she had chosen Kazuya.
The one chosen as the other man was the second son of a local construction company, a senior named Keiji Natsuki,
but after actually talking with him, it turned out he didn't believe in such an old custom either and had no interest in it at all,
so he agreed to the collusion.
With the problem solved, Kazuya returned to the city for his studies.
After that, the collusion seemed to proceed smoothly, and Kazuya felt relieved.
However, what exactly happened to Miho, who was not present at the time—
