First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Game synopsis

The heroine of this work, [Junko Tsubakihime], is the new partner of the protagonist [Ichijo Mamoru] and one of the magical knights who fight monsters.
She, who has always held pure love for the protagonist, is finally able to unite with the one she loves.
But the peace is short-lived—the peaceful days collapse in an instant with the sudden appearance of the demon [Ramda], and she is forced into fierce battle.
To reclaim her beloved, Tsubakihime unleashes the power hidden within her body, the [Blood of Enchantment], but is tormented by the magical backlash [Lewdness] that follows the battle,
and ultimately finds herself in a situation of physical entanglement with Yajuro.
However, what awaits her ahead is a deep pleasure she has never experienced before.
Soon Tsubakihime realizes.
Her body can now only feel satisfied by coupling with Yajuro.
This is an NTR story continuing from the previous work, in which her body falls to the point where she can no longer be satisfied by her beloved, sinking deep into a whirlpool of lust.
