In this country, it is nearly impossible for men to hold public office.

as if drawn to the protagonist, one strong-willed woman after another appears.
And then, for some reason, they begin to develop peculiar feelings for this "girl" (the protagonist's cross-dressing identity).

"We're both women, so why...?"
The bewildered women,
completely unaware that their unintentional chest movements are stimulating the protagonist.
