Game synopsis
A remote island in the southwest of Japan where it's summer all year round: Tsukuyomi Island.
The protagonist, Yoshino Reiji, is an ordinary student living on the island—or rather, he "was."
A beautiful girl saved Reiji when he suddenly found himself in a predicament beyond all common sense.
She is none other than "No.13 (Missing Number Thirteen)," a legendary "Strategic Destruction Magic Weapon" passed down since ancient times—
A super-scientific weapon commonly known as "Magic."
The form of a "Strategic Destruction Magic Weapon (Magic)" reflects the image of its wielder, and grants them a unique special "Power (Chikara)."
However, the two "Powers (Chikara)" he can use—
are "summon a person he has met within the past 24 hours,"
and "restore matter to the state it was in 24 hours ago"—abilities utterly unrelated to weapons or combat.
Then, contrary to Reiji's wish for a peaceful life, he is dragged into a battle among thirteen "Summoned Ones (Magicians)" wagering what is most important to them.
The sorrowful fate (chain) of battle among "Espers (Magicians)" that repeats in cycles on Tsukuyomi Island.
What he stakes is the everyday life he wants to protect, which is so precious to him, and his fresh, youthful school life.
To sever the fate of struggle that repeats like a da capo, Reiji pushes forward through the maelstrom of battle again today—
