The familiar streets, the towering utility poles, the clear river that makes you want to jump in for a swim, the ripening ears of rice, the beautiful setting sun—every last bit of it belongs to this peaceful little town. Beneath this comfortable air that's so hard to leave behind, time slips by without notice.
