First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Game synopsis

Surrounded by the sea and mountains, the winding town of Misaki-cho has a uniquely intoxicating feel to it.
In this harbor town, an ordinary boy named Raika is spending his youthful days.
He spends his happy days with his childhood friend, the shrine maiden Ibuki, and the maid Yuri at Himamori Academy... or so it seems!?
Who would have thought that his father, Toujin, is actually a "Magical Girl."
Not only that, but to compete for the magical gem hidden in the academy, the Mana Prism, mysterious magical girls have also infiltrated the school one after another!!
Moreover, Raika has inherited his father's legacy and become a male magical girl!
I don't want to wear girls' clothes! My wonderful youth, come back!
Through the Merge Prism, Raika transforms into the flame magical girl, Crimson Red.
To protect the peace of Himamori Academy, the battle against enemy magical girls begins!
Magical girls appear before Raika one by one. Who among them is friend, and who is foe!?
Under the light of the "Merge Comet" that approaches Earth once every millennium, an unprecedented "Magical Girl ☆ Spectacular Magical Battle" is about to begin in this town!
The well-received battle system of 'Princess Witchez' continues, now even more gorgeous, cuter, and requiring more strategic thinking!
Magic attributes have increased to six types. Use special moves at the right timing to aim for higher battle ratings!!
In addition to the rock-paper-scissors-like attribute advantages, this work also adds special attack methods, making battles even more diverse and colorful.
