Game synopsis

Having lost his mother at a young age and grown up in a male-dominated household with his father and two much older brothers, the protagonist is a country boy with no immunity to women.
He is a student aspiring to enter an art college. However, due to his complete lack of immunity to women, he always fails at the nude sketching portion of the exams and ends up as a repeat examinee.
Just then, his father forcibly arranges for him to attend a preparatory art school in Tokyo.
His residence in Tokyo is a public rental housing unit—an "apartment."
Due to relaxed regulations in recent years, even ordinary real estate agents can apply, and the protagonist leaves his home in Nagano to begin his first solo life in the apartment.
"Well, actually, this apartment and I are the same age. It's already 33 years old this year. Hehe."
In the room across from him lives a beautiful, kind, and caring married woman who loves to look after others.
