Ren'Py → Spark(no unzipping) RPG Maker → RPGViewer(unzipping required)

Prepare emulator

Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

The World Ethics Organization controls the world left in ruins after World War III.
In this world, violence, religion, and entertainment culture are all banned as kindling for war. People suppress their emotions and their very selves, living in so-called "permanent peace."
In 2017 AD, Japanese citizens dissatisfied with the Organization's rule gathered in Tokyo and rose up, establishing an autonomous city independent of the Organization. Eleven years later... Mitori Mamoru, a resident of the Tsukuba colonial settlement, wanders without realizing it to the outskirts of Tokyo, where he is found by young soldiers of the Tokyo Defense Force and brought inside the city.
On the streets of Tokyo—a place the Organization considers a gathering ground for barbarians—what will Mamoru witness? And can Tokyo protect its civilization and culture against the Organization's assault?
