April has arrived, and with it the new school term. Inaba Tetsu, tears welling in his eyes, gazes up at Maison lune, the dormitory of Rintoku Academy, a prestigious arts school.
The occasional glances from passing schoolgirls feel painfully sharp, but compared to the days he has endured until now, there is no comparison at all.
Those bitter years spent at an all-boys school—he had never even touched a girl's hand, never even spoken to a girl his own age.
And yet, incredibly, girls actually live in this dormitory. For the club activity he had longed for—a cultural club—he had decided 300 days ago to choose the one with the most girls.

Having just moved into Tsukimisou, which is packed with sports club members, he is immediately hit by a storm of brazen recruitment tactics from the "shameless aliens" trying to drag him into their clubs.
Just as he was about to be forcibly dragged into a sports club—exactly like the life he has lived up to now—his homeroom teacher and dorm mother, Sakura Nanako, steps in to rescue him, and he finally manages to refuse all the invitations.

In order not to waste Nanako's kindness, that very day he applies to join the Art Club, which has a good reputation and is full of beautiful girls. However, having lived a life completely unrelated to painting up to now, his application is naturally rejected.
