Game synopsis

At the end of July, after the graduation ceremony, Naoto Jinno and his childhood friend Rika Manabe were walking home from school together as usual, on friendly terms, when they were attacked by a boy who called himself a "Demon." Naoto, completely unable to understand the situation, took a heavy blow from the demon—until a girl who called herself an "Angel" appeared and saved him.
After that, Naoto and Rika brought the angel, wounded from her battle with the demon, back to his house, and learned from her about the long, ongoing struggle between angels like her and the demons of the demon world.
Thinking it possible that the demon who had fled might attack again, the angel—though she would stay here, she had lost her power—decided to make a contract with Rika and asked her to fight in her place.
At the same time, the demon too had lost its power and was on the verge of fading. Just as it thought it would soon vanish at this rate, it suddenly sensed a very tiny wicked heart nearby.
The true identity of that wicked heart was Mei Mi Mei, a classmate who had seen Rika holding up the injured protagonist. Mei Mi had always harbored a secret crush on the protagonist, and seeing that scene, she was sure the two must be dating—and such jealousy was born.
That jealousy was precisely the small wicked heart, and the demon attached itself to it.
Because the demon had lost its own power, it instead threatened Mei Mi to transform, and once again attacked Rika and the others as an evil heroine.
The angel, unable to fight due to her injuries, had Rika transform into "Holy Angel Jibril" to do battle.
