Ren'Py → Spark(no unzipping) RPG Maker → RPGViewer(unzipping required)

Prepare emulator

Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

The young protagonist, Miyashiro Kotaro, takes in a wounded female ninja, Tsubaki, who failed in her attempt to assassinate the lord and was injured in the process.
Weary of a life full of war and intrigue, Tsubaki is moved by the protagonist's kindness and cannot help but entrust her body to him.
Longing for such a life... One day, while troubled yet immersed in this fleeting happiness, another female ninja appears. Tsubaki fights to protect the protagonist, and when the two kunoichi meet, the newcomer cries out: "Mother!" In fact, the two are mother and daughter.
Far from blaming Tsubaki, the protagonist also protects her daughter from pursuit. Tsubaki grows ever fonder of the protagonist and finally confides her troubles to him.
"Please make my daughter your wife as well."
In truth, Tsubaki never wanted her daughter to become a kunoichi. Yet according to custom, the girl still walked the path of the ninja. The girl wants to leave, but she was injured in the earlier battle and cannot escape. On top of that, the lord has found out, and he tells the young man surrounded by mother and daughter, "For the prosperity of the ○○ family, add new kin."
What does the future hold for the protagonist and the kunoichi mother and daughter?
