Game synopsis
In the eleventh year of Showa, when the scars of the earthquake had largely healed, in the great city of Tokyo. With the February 26 Incident as a turning point, Japan was marching down the path of militarism.
In distant Berlin, it was the summer when the Olympic Games were about to be held. Sosuke Kufuji, who made his living playing piano at a jazz bar, was drawn into a strange incident one rainy night. Attacked by a deranged resident female performer, he was injured, and the woman died; afterward, Sosuke left that place.
The next day, returning to the bar, he heard unexpected words from the owner, Genichiro Goto.
"You're fired. Don't go hiring assassins to do your work anymore."
And so, Sosuke was saddled with a false accusation.
Unable to return to the home where his younger sister Yuzuha awaited him, homeless, Sosuke lived like a fallen man.
Then one day, he rescued a young woman being harassed by men. It was the very girl who had saved him when he was attacked by the mad female performer and pursued by the military police—Ayane Shirakawa.
"—I don't think you're lying."
To clear Sosuke's name, Ayane promised to investigate the matter together with him.
Can Sosuke prove his innocence?
