Game synopsis
In the future Earth, due to the uncontrolled proliferation of plants, "nature" attempts to destroy "civilization" entirely.
A boy named Yuto lives in a corner of a city ruin submerged in green.
One day, a girl named Kanade visits him.
They had been pen pals communicating through Yuto's carrier pigeons.
Kanade confesses to Yuto a secret she couldn't bring herself to write in letters.
She is actually a hybrid of Earthling and alien, and she saves the world through song.
She shows her singing to the bewildered Yuto, which suppresses the growth of plants.
"I must take Mother's place and sing the most beautiful love song to save the world. So Yuto, will you fall in love with me?"
Her mother left without a word, leaving Kanade all alone.
She knows nothing about the specific method of saving the world through song, nor the reason why love is a prerequisite.
Everything is so vague and uncertain that they are left in the dark.
Even so, Yuto responds to Kanade's sincerity and decides to fall in love with her.
Under the warm gazes of the people around them, they stand side by side and become lovers.
Neither notices the true feelings quietly budding.
Fall in love, sing aloud, save the world.
