The object of my unrequited love was in a traffic accident one day and lost her sight. I visited her every day, wanting to support her as she grew anxious from the sudden hospital life.
She, trembling with unease from her blindness, completely opened her heart to me. But there is a secret I can't tell anyone.
My voice is extremely similar to her boyfriend's. In truth, I never told her my identity, and continued to pretend to be her "boyfriend."
Her real "boyfriend," who was in the accident with her, remains gravely injured and unconscious...
When she undergoes surgery, will my feelings ever reach her? Or will she return to her "boyfriend's" side?
Ignoring the psychological turmoil that won't leave my mind, the day the lie is exposed draws closer and closer—.
Seiji Akisue returned to the town he once lived in after five years. The first person he thought of was his childhood friend Sakura Ichikura.
He had liked her since elementary school, but until the day he moved away five years ago, he never mustered the courage to confess.
(This time, I'll definitely tell her how I feel...) Seiji made up his mind.
At the school he transferred to, he happened to be in the same class as Sakura. Seeing Sakura for the first time in so long, Seiji realized once again that his feelings had never changed.
But the joy of reunion lasted only a moment. He learned that she already had a boyfriend.
That boyfriend was Seiji's senior and former friend, Enji. Sakura innocently hoped Seiji would cheer on their relationship.

单恋对象某天遭遇交通事故，双目失明。在想要支持因突然的住院生活而心怀不安的她的心情下每天去看望。
因为失明而惴惴不安的她彻底敞开了心扉。但是，在人工有一个不能告诉任何人的秘密。
主人公和她的恋人的声音极为相似。其实，他没有告诉失明的她自己的身份，而是继续伪装成“男友”。
和她一起遭遇事故的真正的“男友”依旧身负重伤，神志不清……
当她在接受手术后，主人公的心意究竟能否传达给她呢。亦或者是回到“男友”的身边呢。
无视主人公心中挥之不去的心理斗争，谎言暴露的日子一天一天地逼近了——。
秋末誠治时隔五年回到了曾经自己居住的城镇。他第一个想起的是青梅竹马市倉さくら。
虽然从小学起就一直喜欢她，但直到五年前搬家的那天，他最后都没有下定决心告白。
（这次一定要对她说出自己的心意………）誠治下定了决心。
他在转入的学校偶然和さくら是同班。看到许久未见的さくら，誠治再一次明白到自己的感情始终未变过。

但是，惴惴不安地上学的当天早晨，さくら没来学校。她和男友两人被卷入了交通事故。
听说さくら受了伤，主人公慌忙冲进病房。听到誠治担心的关怀，さくら的第一句话是………
「臙児……？」男友的名字。さくら因为事故的影响而双目失明了………
