Game synopsis

The protagonist is a middle-aged office worker who got laid off. Forced to resign due to a mishap at his previous job, he finally lands a new position only to find that all his colleagues are younger than him, and even his boss is a junior. Worse, he's assigned to the "Development ○ Section"—a garbage department that handles abandoned projects. The whole department is lifeless, and even the protagonist can't muster any motivation, yet for some reason, he's been targeted by his boss and always saddled with troublesome tasks.
This time, the case he takes on is a golf course that's being acquired. It was originally represented by the famous female professional golfer, Watanabe Moe, as its image ambassador, and it's quite well-known. The investors plan to lower the course difficulty to attract beginners, add a spa and fitness center, and remodel it into a comprehensive sports venue to rake in huge profits. But the contract was signed with Moe's father, while her mother "Azusa," the actual owner, opposes it—reportedly just to spite her husband, whom she's recently been fighting with, even though there's no real harm. The protagonist receives a direct order: force Azusa to comply, even if it means digging up dirt on her.
Knowing it's a tall order, he has no choice but to push through. Unexpectedly, the protagonist meets the real Watanabe Moe! Excited, he gradually starts enjoying his undercover investigation, taking golf lessons and living it up...
