First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Game synopsis

The protagonist "10555" is a shinigami who came from "Fifth" where Nanami (10773) and others live.
He infiltrated this world (the human world) to retrieve the shinigami's "scythe" that Nanami lost during her reincarnation. Amid a series of inexplicable death incidents, he learned that a man named "Kuroda" was involved and that the "scythe" was in his possession, so he began to track him down. After a battle, the soul's reincarnation (transmission to Fifth) succeeded, but he failed to recover the "scythe."
At that time, he sensed the shinigami's presence from afar and tried to track it, but an accident occurred. Perhaps 10555 was too anxious about losing the trail. However, it indirectly caused the death of a young man who happened to be there, "Mitsuru Kagami."
There was only one way to regenerate the decayed body. Mitsuru Kagami. He could only possess his body... After making that judgment, 10555 formed a contract with Kagami's soul.
Intending to continue the search for the "scythe," 10555 continued living as the human young man Mitsuru Kagami. Having a real body and knowing all pleasures, Sango (10555) forgot his mission and lived happily with his sister "Ayumi" and childhood friend "Itsumi (Itami)", feeling "emotions" that a shinigami cannot feel, and thus began to have thoughts about humans and shinigami.
Just then, a transfer student came to the school. At the same time, an ominous aura spread through the school, but he was drawn to a girl who had the same aura as himself...
