Game synopsis
I Want to Keep Walking With You.
Once upon a time, a pet craze swept the nation. In particular, the "dog" and "cat" breeds with high intelligence and appearances closely resembling humans were especially popular.
But as time passed, that craze gradually faded. Today, only the people who truly love them and treat them as life partners still keep these pets and live alongside them.
The protagonist is a university student. One rainy day, he finds a stray puppy shivering, soaked through by the rain. No collar, weak and frail, on the verge of losing its young life. Unable to bear it, the protagonist thinks "it'll be fine once the rain stops" and brings "her" back to his room, carefully feeding her food and water. But even after the rain clears and the puppy regains her health, she remains gloomy and frightened all day long.
So the protagonist makes up his mind to help this puppy find her "original owner."
"Until we find your owner"—thus begins the cohabitation of one man and one dog...
曾几何时，宠物热潮席卷全国。特别是那些拥有高智商且外形酷似人类的"犬类"和"猫类"品种尤其受欢迎。
但随着时光流逝，这股热潮逐渐消退。如今只剩下真正喜爱它们、将其视为人生伴侣的人们仍在饲养这些宠物，与之共同生活。
故事的主人公是名大学生。某个雨天，他发现了一只被雨水淋得瑟瑟发抖的流浪幼犬。没有项圈，虚弱不堪，眼看就要失去幼小的生命。于心不忍的主人公想着"等雨停就好"，将"她"带回了房间，悉心照料着喂食喂水。可即便雨过天晴，小狗恢复了健康，却始终郁郁寡欢，整日惊惶不安。
于是主人公下定决心，要帮这只小狗寻找"原来的主人"。
