The Marionette of Two Beauties ~The Dignity of the Noble Sisters Collapses~
Game synopsis
【General】
"My subordinates just reported that the transfer of the King, Queen, Princess, and the other members of the royal family has been completed."
— So said the burly man in military uniform, wearing the nation's highest rank (the General), to the man named Raul standing before him.
Behind the General, the empty throne stood in solitude, as if waiting for its master's return.
Until just moments ago, members of the royal family had been in this room, but now not a trace of them remained.
— The Kingdom of Fereshuère. Blessed with a superb climate and beautiful natural environment, this nation with an advantageous geographic position had achieved economic development through both land and sea trade—yet it had one troubling problem.
That problem was the independence issue of the "Beljaal Colony" belonging to the kingdom; for many years the kingdom had been locked in struggle with independence factions.
As world trends advanced, neighboring nations abandoned their colonies one after another, and Fereshuère began to follow suit.
However, because this colony possessed abundant natural resources and was a vital source of the kingdom's economy, it could not be let go for many years,
and preventing its independence even by force of suppression was the highest priority mission.
Still, driven by mounting military expenditures and the public's war-weariness, the issue began to move toward recognizing the colony's independence.
But the military faction, which in the name of patriotism advocated "Unyielding Fereshuère" and "Absolutely Hold the Colony to the Death," halted this process.
These hardliners gathered soldiers dissatisfied with the kingdom and colluded with forces coveting the colony's interests.
To overthrow the weak kingdom, they launched a military coup d'état; the royal family and royalist nobles were arrested and sent to detention camps.
What fate awaits the imprisoned princesses!?
And what of Raul himself, who has been ordered to carry out their re-education!?
Where will the kingdom, now ruled by the military, be headed!?
