Prepare emulator

Please search for and buy an emulator on Taobao (Ren'Py games use Spark, RPG Maker games use RPGViewer), and ask the seller for install instructions.

Download game files

Download the game's PC package (.7z) from this site.

Import / Extract

First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Run & play

Open the game files with the emulator to start playing. If the archive has a date folder at the top, go one level deeper.

Game synopsis

New doctor Kitaura Kou has been transferred from a university hospital in Tokyo to its affiliated Fujinomori Hospital.
"What kind of place will it be?" he wonders as he heads there, only to find it's a comprehensive emergency hospital in a cold mountain village deep in the countryside.
The hospital itself looks decent enough, but it has actually already been decided that it will close in the summer.
"So I'm just here to handle the cleanup..." Kou grumbles.
His future will probably be as hopeless as this hospital's...
The only doctor is Yuko-sensei, the head of surgery and acting director.
The only nurses are Iname Mutsumi, the acting head nurse, and Sagami Tsukasa, a nurse.
"Can a hospital really run like this?" Kou worries,
but the outpatient clinic has only a few village patients, and there is just one inpatient: a young girl named Mayumi.
Around this girl Mayumi, who suffers from an unknown intractable disease,
a rather steamy yet slightly lonely story is about to unfold at Fujinomori Hospital.
