First try importing the .7z directly into Spark (no unzipping, lowest effort). If it won't open, extract it with an unzip app and take a look: Has a game folder → still a job for Spark; Has a www folder, or js and data folders → use RPGViewer instead and select the folder containing them.

Game synopsis

The protagonist is a newly appointed Japanese history teacher. Through a strange twist of fate, he is forced to serve as the advisor of a suspicious club called the "Mysterious Phenomena Club."
The club's president is Yuuko Aoi, who was once the head of the Supernatural Research Club. The Supernatural Research Club was a problematic club in teacher circles. Its members spread absurd rumors about a special classroom being haunted, convincing the students it was true, and in the end that classroom really was sealed off. At the school festival half a year ago, they even held a so-called "exorcism ritual," which ended up burning every maple tree in the courtyard and nearly caused a fire. The school took the opportunity to hold them accountable and abolished the club outright.
But the newly arrived protagonist knows nothing about this dark history. Sweet-talked and tricked by Yuuko, he somehow becomes the advisor of the Mysterious Phenomena Club. On the very first day of school, the dean of academic affairs sets his sights on him and warns him that "if anything happens, you're responsible." Now he can't even find a legitimate excuse to back out. The protagonist thought it was just a suspicious club, until one day a real client comes knocking......
